Coach of Real, Madrid Juande Ramos admitted that he is delighted with the form of the team since his arrival at the Bemabeu. He said to the Spanish media that since his arrival the team has won just one less point than the Barca. The Bacca have had a goal difference of plus 20, while his have plus 18.
He also said that without any doubt the team is playing some brilliant football and they are not far away. In his own words, “Making Barcelona play badly is not among my powers, but I do not agree that we have spent the last two months preparing to play in the Champions League.”
He said to the media that within the team there is a great satisfaction because of the way his team is playing and in his team nobody is thinking about Barca. The only aim of all the players is improve the way that they play.
Striker of Sevilla’s Uruguayan Ernesto Javier Chevanton will miss the rest of the season because he will be undergoing a surgery on his left knee. Chevanto, 28-year-old, has made only few starts for the Spanish club this season and he will not be getting any further chances to shine in the next few months.
